AI-powered presentation platform

Asking Price: $115,000
TTM Revenue: $52,800

Presentations are effectively the backbone of a big amount of companies (investment bankers, consultants, etc). So any tool that expedites and simplifies that process is a win in my opinion.

The business for sale is an AI-powered platform that helps users create presentations in seconds.

Some of the numbers for this business are pretty impressive (others not so much). On the bright side, the company has 40,000 emails for users who signed up. This presents an attractive opportunity for an existing user base that you can market to.

Something I wasn’t as impressed with was the lifetime value (LTV). Currently, the business has a $27 LTV. This seems quite low to me, especially for a seemingly B2B business. This tells me the product isn’t as polished, causing users to churn.

Social media (and social media growth) has been a booming industry this decade. So it only makes sense that building in the space will lead to some impressive results.

The business for sale is a social media growth software, mainly for Instagram. The service offers IG automation like a close friend bulk add automation and Instagram welcome DM functionality. The main goal is to help clients increase Instagram engagement and ultimately drive more revenue.

I also like the business's pricing model. They charge a one-time setup fee of ~$1,500 and then a recurring monthly payment of $450.

I think this is a really interesting concept overall, with various advantages. Mainly, this is a high ticker offering, which is mostly automated (because it is software). However, since Instagram is largely against automation on its platform, there are risks associated with running an Instagram automation business.

Portfolio of Shopify themes

Asking Price: $800,000
TTM Revenue: $312,000
TTM Profit: $214,000

I’ve featured multiple Shopify theme businesses over the year, and most of them boast impressive numbers. This one isn’t any different.

The business for sale is a portfolio of 3 Shopify themes.

The big advantage of a Shopify themes business is how rigorous the approval process is. This makes it difficult for new competitors to join the space and solidifies existing footholds. This is what makes buying a Shopify theme business more attractive than starting one, IMO.

Competitors include Maestrooo, Eight Themes, and RoarTheme.
