Weekly Rundown
iOS private vault photo app
Asking Price: $120,000
TTM Revenue: $130,000
TTM Profit: $80,000
This is a pretty interesting iOS app that lets users discretely store photo and video files.
I’ve seen a lot of these types of apps on the Apple App Store many years ago. I was surprised to see that this business was only founded in 2023, so it is relatively new.
It seems like there is a strong user base, and based on the listing the business has a strong retention rate.
Apple has a feature now in its photo app where users are able to make private folders, so I wonder if that would impact the user base of these types of businesses. However, I still think there is a use case of 3rd party apps like this one.

A bad cofoundership cost Charlie Houpert years and millions - and they were best friends. If you don't want that to happen to you, make sure you and your cofounder are compatible. Take the test.

Online trading community app
Asking Price: $266,000
TTM Revenue: $121,000
TTM Profit: $98,000
It always blows my mind how much money these trading communities make, so I thought it was worth featuring. The product seems to have a couple of features, with the main one being trade alerts/signals.
The business seems relatively new, only starting to make $22,000/month in October 2024. This means there isn’t as much history to understand the product’s retention, customer life time value, etc.
Overall, I see these types of businesses perform well all the time. Whether or not the product is actually good, is a separate discussion.
The business name is TradeHero.

SaaS for managing sweepstakes
Asking Price: $2,500,000
TTM Revenue: $440,000
TTM Profit: $370,000
This is a pretty unique business model so I thought it was worth featuring.
The business for sale is a SaaS for creating and managing sweepstakes. They offer over 40 API integrations, and 90 entry methods.
Businesses can use this solution to host sweepstakes, engage with their users, and grow their audience. Notable clients include Quizlet, HP, Apartments.com and CoinGecko.
It seems like the business is strong financially, and has good profit margins. The listing also mentions that it takes 1-2 hours per day to run.
The company name is SweepWidget.
